DELIVERY INFORMATION

For the Netherlands ‘Yvar Kilian Amsterdam’ tries to sent the purchased merchandise within 4 working days after full payment is received.
Costumers will be notified in case more time is needed.

Costumers outside the Netherlands will be informed about delivery time.
When you want to purchase an item larger than 100cm we will check for the best shipping possibility and send you an offer.
In this case kindly select the option “pick up from store” when checking out.

1) The offer of ‘Yvar Kilian Amsterdam’

All pictures and descriptions of the merchandise offered in the web shop of ‘Yvar Kilian Amsterdam’ is suitably detailed to enable the costumer to assess the goods adequately.
The pictures used by ‘Yvar Kilian Amsterdam’are truthful images of the goods provided.
All vintage merchandise we offer is used, unless otherwise noted should be assumed to be in very good condition, which means there may be signs of age or light wear.
We try to note manufacturing flaws or unusual signs of wear whenever possible.
‘Yvar Kilian Amsterdam’ checks all offered merchandise on reliability and safety. De electric wiring of the offered lamps has been checked and replaced if necessary.

2) When is the final agreement?

When purchasing on the web shop or by e-mail, the agreement with ‘Yvar Kilian Amsterdam’ is established when ‘Yvar Kilian Amsterdam’ sends a confirmation to the email address provided by the costumer.
As long as ‘Yvar Kilian Amsterdam’ does not confirm the order, the costumer may terminate the agreement without charge.

3) How do I return goods?

The costumer has the option to cancel the agreement without specifying any reasons for a period of 7 workdays. This period starts on the day the product is received by the costumer.
The merchandise needs to be returned to ‘Yvar Kilian Amsterdam’, in the packaging and in the same condition in which ‘Yvar Kilian Amsterdam’ delivered it to the costumer, within 4 days.
The shipping costs for returning will come to the costumer’s account.
As soon as ‘Yvar Kilian Amsterdam’ has received the returned goods, the purchased amount will be transferred to you as soon as possible, but at least within the legal term of 30 days.
The purchased amount excludes cost we made, for example shipping costs

4) What are the shipping costs?

Depending on the size of the goods purchased and the delivery address, we try to find the most economical solution for shipping.

5) How can I pay?

Payment is integrated in the web shop. Depending on the delivery address, ‘Yvar Kilian Amsterdam’ uses the following payment options:

-Bank transfer
-Payment on pickup (by appointment) in Amsterdam

6) How can I make a complaint?

Please use the contact form if you have a complaint. We take all complaints seriously under consideration.
